Most people use enet in games and I think most will do so without a
separate thread (but that's just my expectation). In fact the game for
which enet was originally written (Cube and Cube 2: Sauerbraten -
http://cubeengine.com/) does not put enet in a separate thread either.

You can of course still do so, and you may have some reason for it,
but the reason can't be "because I use enet in games". :-)
