[ENet-discuss] ENet 1.3.6 released!

ENet 1.3.6 (December 11, 2012) change log:

* added support for intercept callback in ENetHost that can be used to
process raw packets before ENet
* added enet_socket_shutdown() for issuing shutdown on a socket
* fixed enet_socket_connect() to not error on non-blocking connects
* fixed bug in MTU negotiation during connections

There are some other minor little changes/bug-fixes that made it in that I
can't remember off-hand and didn't seem noteworthy enough to mark in the
change log. Otherwise, this should be a drop-in replacement for the
previous releases in the 1.3 series.

Thanks to icculus and others who contributed patches and such that made it
into this release!
