Hi, all
I have developed p2engine: a flexible and efficient platform for making p2p system development easier. 
RUDP: UDP with custom congestion control is included, which has the feature of ReliableSend, SemiReliableSend, UnReliableSend. We has used it in a project of P2P IPTV, and it works well.
I  used it with MSVC. I don't write Makefile and compile it on Linux, but, porting is not hard i think. P2engine is based on BOOST(asio function bind...).
