[ENet-discuss] New ENet mirror and CVS repository

I've temporarily relocated the ENet CVS and website to
http://enet.bespin.org

There are updated CVS instructions on the site for accessing the new
source tree. It contains whatever big updates I had made (like unsequenced
packets, memory management callbacks, etc.) plus the recent bug fixes,
so may not work nicely, or work at all. Some stress testing is probably
a good idea. :)

The tarball there has also been updated to what is in CVS.
