[ENet-discuss] discerning disconnect reasons

Is it possible to determine how a peer was disconnected?  That is, when
enet_host_service() raises a Disconnect event, I want to know whether the
peer disconnected on its own, whether it timed out, or whether I
disconnected it earlier with a call to enet_peer_disconnect().
